Terms of Service
Last updated May 2026. Questions? Contact us.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cytalpeptides.com (the “Site”) and the products and services offered by Cytal Research (“Cytal Research,” “Cytal,” “we”). By creating an account, redeeming an access code, or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must be a qualified researcher, an organization conducting research, or a duly licensed business purchasing for legitimate research, manufacturing, or formulation purposes.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you operate.
2. Research-Use-Only
All products offered by Cytal Research are intended strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption, animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or any application involving living subjects. You are solely responsible for handling, storage, and use of any product you order. See our Acceptable Use Policy for detail.
3. Accounts and verification
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for everything that happens under your account.
- Catalog access requires either (a) a one-time Research Verification attestation tied to your account, or (b) a valid access code issued by Cytal Research.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current verification information. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate termination.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your access code or account credentials.
4. Orders, pricing, and shipping
- Listed prices and stock are not binding offers; final pricing is confirmed on the invoice we send you.
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud, prohibited jurisdictions, or compliance concerns.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. Returns and refunds
Because of the nature of research compounds, all sales are final upon delivery. If a shipment arrives damaged or materially differs from the order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, the Cytal Research name and logo, the catalog presentation, and the documentation layouts are owned by Cytal Research and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy, scrape, or otherwise appropriate them without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cytal Research disclaims all warranties — express, implied, statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cytal Research's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Cytal Research in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Cytal Research is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cytal Research and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the Site or any product, (b) your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or (c) your violation of any applicable law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access codes at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including a breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect your rights will be communicated by email when feasible.
